Computer repair, support and maintenance:
£40.00 is our hourly rate and minimum charge for all computer repairs & services to home / home office users except for data recovery.
£10.00 is charged for each additional 15 minutes over the first hour.
There is no call out charge and there are no hidden charges.
No Fix No Fee
If we are unable to repair your computer, there will be no charge. If we diagnose your computer and you choose not to go ahead with repairs, you will only pay the diagnosis fee which is our minimum fee of £40.00
Data recovery:
£45.00 is our charge for assessing your hard drive to see what data is recoverable - if no data is recoverable or if you do not want to go ahead with the full recovery, this is all you pay.
£75.00 is our minimum charge for recovering data and this covers the first hour of work. While a lot of recovery work can be completed in this time, we will advise you of the total cost after the initial assessment. Many data recovery jobs can be completed in just one hour.
